I purchased a white Vizio TV from brandnewdealsusa.com in March 2014.Their website claimed "Full Manufacturer's Warranty".
Four months later, in July 2014 the earphone jack broke. I contacted Vizio Warranty repair and was told there was not warranty. Vizio said this TV had been sold to Sam's Club in March of 2013, a full year before I purchased it from brandnewdealsusa.com.
Since I did not purchase the TV directly from Sam's Club, there was no warranty.I contacted brandnewdealsusa.com and they refused to pay for the repair or replace the white Vizio with a comparable style TV or refund me for my purchase.
I also have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission for False Advertising.
Reason of review: No Warranty on TV.
Monetary Loss: $99.
Preferred solution: Reimburse me for the repairs $98.54.
I didn't like: False advertising no warranty.
